Step-by-step guides for the main things you do on Chotafy.

1. Create your store

  1. Sign up with your email or phone number.
  2. Enter your store name and choose your store link (chotafy.com/your-link).
  3. Add the WhatsApp number buyers can reach you on, and a logo if you have one.
  4. Pick a theme. You can change it later from Store Settings.
  5. Add your first product, then share your store link.

2. Add a product

  1. In your dashboard, tap Add Product.
  2. Add photos. Your first photo is the one buyers see in your store.
  3. Tap Auto-fill with AI to fill in the name, description and categories from a photo, then check them.
  4. Enter the selling price, and the MRP if you want to show a discount.
  5. Add stock and options like size or colour, then save.

3. Connect UPI

  1. Open Store Settings and go to Payment Collection.
  2. Choose UPI and enter your UPI ID, then save.
  3. After ordering, buyers see a Pay button. Payments go straight to your UPI ID; Chotafy never holds your money.
  4. To offer cash on delivery as well, turn it on under Delivery & Returns.

4. Share your store link

  1. Your store link is shown under Store URL in Store Settings.
  2. Use the Share button in your dashboard to send it on WhatsApp or copy it.
  3. Share single products too: each product has its own link with its photo and price.
  4. Put your store link in your Instagram bio and WhatsApp Status.

5. Manage orders

  1. New orders appear under Orders with the status Pending, and you get a notification in the app.
  2. Open an order to see the buyer's name, phone, address, items and payment method.
  3. Update the status as you go: Processing, then Completed (or Cancelled).
  4. Share the tracking link so the buyer can follow their order.
